Happy Valentine's Day!

Yay, for Valentine's Day! I've never actually cared for Valentine's Day, but I still wanted to draw this. it's Rouge, obviously, and as always, she's adorable. I technically drew this a few days ago, but I wanted to wait till Valentine's Day to upload it, so yeah. My favorite part of this particular picture is the background, I'm really happy with how it turned out.
