Tars Tarkas, Thark Jedak

My first art project that I did last year for our high contrast unit. Just got it back from my teacher, so yay. Unfortunately, it was too big to fit in the scanner... But it's a picture if Tars Tarkas, the Jedak of the Tharks from the Barsoom series by Edgar Rice Burroughs. If you haven't read the series, you probably should, it's pretty amazing, and the movie adaptation, John Carter, by Disney didn't really do it justice.
